DCJCARE Return Policy
DCJCARE is committed to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by offering a simple and transparent return service.


Return Period
Customers have the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.

Product Conditions
To be eligible for return, the package must be returned in the following conditions:
• Original seal intact
• Unused product
• Original packaging intact

a) We remind you that the right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for by art. 59 of the Consumer Code. For contracts concluded through our site, this exclusion applies in particular to the supply:

(i) of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;

(ii) goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

(iii) sealed goods which, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, are not suitable to be returned once opened after delivery (e.g. shoe cleaning and care products or other specific treatments).

A shoe cleaning product is considered “opened” when the seal is removed or the packaging containing it is opened.

b) If the product subject to withdrawal is open, DCJCARE will not recognize any refund.

In the case of shoe care boxes or kits, please note that the right of withdrawal applies to the entire box/kit. Therefore, if even just one of the products contained is opened, no refund will be given for the entire box or kit.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safety of the return.

Refund Process
Once the return is received and verified, DCJCARE will refund the amount paid for the product (excluding the original shipping costs) within 14 working days.
