Orders and Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays).
Delivery times will be calculated from the date your order is shipped, unless otherwise specified. Pre-order products will be shipped by the date indicated on the product description page.
These items will be processed and dispatched as soon as they are available. We work closely with our shipping partner to keep delivery delays to a minimum. However, before we can dispatch your purchases, we need to match your details with your credit card company. We will endeavour to keep delays to a minimum. Delivery time starts from the time your order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period during which the items are collected and dispatched from our warehouse. This process may take longer during sales or other times of the year with particularly high order volumes. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email from TNT with your shipping details and a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at all times until you receive your package.

SHIPPING COSTS

ITALY (including islands), Vatican City, Republic of San Marino,
at a standard cost of €5.90. Free for orders over €60.

Shipping abroad:

EUROPE and UK: €14.90 standard;
SWITZERLAND: €24.90 standard;
USA and CANADA €35 standard;
REST OF THE WORLD: €50

DUTIES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which occur once a shipment reaches the destination country. Our company is not responsible for these charges, if any, and are your responsibility as the customer.
